Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Bhopal. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer requests, managing customer interactions, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are required for effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support: Proven experience in customer service and customer support to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience: Ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and create positive customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
