Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers for KYC verification.
  • Accurately verify customer information to ensure correctness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, legal standards, and company policies during KYC procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients during the verification process.
  • Document all verification activities thoroughly and systematically.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary 12th Pass is required).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or KYC processes is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail in verifying and documenting customer information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for recording and tracking KYC data.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work day shifts with flexibility to adapt as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: 10,000/-per month.
