Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in the robotics, industrial automation, and capital equipment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of proven success in B2B sales/business development.
- Mandatory experience in robotics, industrial automation, or capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of technical sales and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
