Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical solutions and support to clients, engaging in pre-sales and post-sales activities, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams. Responsibilities also include identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service during all stages of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales processes and client relationship management
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively convey them to clients
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
  • Experience in the industrial solutions or manufacturing sector is a plus
