Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to manage and grow our sales territory. The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer with a proven track record in field sales, specifically within the industrial sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of
Industrial Heating Systems, Automation Solutions, and Air Blowers
to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management:
Proactively manage the entire sales cycle within the assigned territory, from lead generation to closing deals. - Client Relationship:
Identify, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including OEMs, distributors, and end-users. - Technical Sales:
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions to engineers, procurement managers, and decision-makers. - Needs Analysis:
Understand client challenges and requirements to recommend the most suitable products and systems. - Quotation & Negotiation:
Present competitive technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets. - Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the territory. - Reporting:
Frequently submit detailed sales reports, Daily activity logs, funnel status, and market feedback to the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering
- A minimum of
2-4 years of field sales experience
. - Proven sales experience
with at least one of the following:
Industrial Heating Systems, Industrial Automations, Side channel Blowers - Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with handling of imported heaters and blowers
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and applications.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
