Job Title: Sales Engineer Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad (3 Positions, 1 at each location)

Key Responsibilities

1) Sales Development: Generate enquiries from Customers, response to customer requests for quotation), ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical specifications, and company capabilities.

2) Technical Sales: Possess a deep understanding of the company's products/services, engineering principles, and industry standards to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.

3) Work closely with sales teams, project teams, design engineers, and other vendors to gather necessary information and insights for marketing development

4) Marketing and Sales Customization: Tailor marketing and sales to address specific client needs and showcase the unique value proposition of the company's products/services.

5) Tendering: Possess a thorough understanding of tendering process, prepare documents based on tender specifications and submit in the tender portal.

6) Documentation: Maintain organized records of marketing and sales documents, including versions, revisions, and related correspondence.

7) Timeline Management: Manage multiple marketing and sales deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.

8) Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering with around 3 years experience in the field Industrial Automation Sales

2) Strong sales acumen, presentation and commercial skills

3) Experience in connecting with Tier 1/ Tier 2/ Tier 3 Water and Waste Water EPCs

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5) Experience in the industrial electronic products sector is a plus

6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
