Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, provide expert-level sales support, and recommend solutions tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include developing and presenting technical demonstrations, collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets, offering customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role bridges technical expertise with customer interaction to drive value and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical solutions
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support to address client needs effectively
- Strong Communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in industrial automation or robotics is highly advantageous
