Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prospecting potential clients, presenting technical information, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in product selection and implementation. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven track record in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or metal building industry is a plus
