We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to help drive company growth through identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a self-starter, and has a proven track record in business development. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on U.S.-based clients and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with structural steel fabricators, contractors, and engineering firms
  • Promote the company's steel detailing services through calls, presentations, and online meetings
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales pipeline and market trends
  • Represent the company at virtual/in-person industry events, expos, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in the steel detailing or structural steel industry is a strong plus
  • Proven experience handling and communicating with U.S.-based clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with international sales processes and time zone coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
