Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven min 4yr Experience Business Growth Manager to oversee our operations and drive growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of business processes. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance productivity, managing client relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of the business. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Revenue Growth: Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets; track, monitor, and deliver.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and convert high-value clients in IT services (web, software, mobile apps, digital marketing).
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Create strategies to expand business from existing clients.
  • Market Expansion: Research and open opportunities in Dubai, India, and other global markets.
  • Partnerships: Develop collaborations with agencies, consultants, and referral networks (BNI, Rotary, etc.).
  • Proposals & Pitches: Work with design & development teams to prepare winning proposals and presentations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM, track leads → deals → revenue.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly revenue reports, forecasts, and insights to CEO & VP.
  • Strategy Execution: Work on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products/services.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
