Business Growth Manager

We are hiring a Business Growth Manager to support expansion and strengthen partnerships in the EdTech sector. The selected candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through structured and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EdTech domain.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Use CRM tools to track, analyse, and optimise sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related sectors).
- Strong understanding of B2B and institutional sales processes.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
What We Offer
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
