Business Development Executive/Manager (SaaS Sales)
Experience : 1+ years in SaaS Sales
Location : On-Site, Kakkanad, Kochi
Working hours: 10.30 AM to 07.30 PM
This role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies for the company. Daily tasks include market research, creating sales pitches, managing client accounts, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. The role requires goal-setting, tracking performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities
Proficiency in creating sales pitches and growth strategies
Ability to manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills in collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth
Proven track record in setting goals and tracking performance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in IT services or cloud solutions is a plus
