Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new businesses and growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company revenue through strategic partnerships. Key tasks include prospecting potential clients, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of products and services. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about business growth and client success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship building with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and business development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales pipelines, develop revenue goals, and execute targeted strategies to meet and exceed growth objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with hospitality industry technologies, such as booking engines or OTA platforms, is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
