Business Development Manager

Location: Kochi & Kannur

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen the market presence of our premium furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and strategic growth planning. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of the luxury retail segment, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom sales and business growth
  • Identify new customer segments, corporate clients, and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate buyers
  • Drive showroom footfall through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective promotional initiatives
  • Present product offerings to potential clients and manage end-to-end sales cycles
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, or related industries
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with showroom teams
  • Knowledge of the furniture/interior design market is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
