Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Kochi, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our customer base. Daily tasks include developing business strategies, collaborating with clients to address their travel needs, conducting market analysis, and managing partnerships with key stakeholders. The role also involves meeting sales targets, developing proposals, and representing X8 Tours in professional networks and events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management, business strategy, and partnership building
  • Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategies, and proposal development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the travel or tourism industry, or business development in related industries
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using business software (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields is a plus
