About the Role:

Inter Smart Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue. You'll play a key role in expanding our domestic and international presence while leading business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation to meet business targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market reach and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Conduct client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Mentor and support business development executives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of website platforms, software solutions, and digital strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
