Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, creating promotional materials, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance company visibility and growth. The role also involves regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in identifying business opportunities and sales strategy development
  • Experience in market research, business negotiations, and contract management
  • Ability to create promotional materials and collaborate with marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
