We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our education and training team. The role involves promoting our professional courses, sharing course details, engaging with prospective students through calls and messages, and enrolling them into our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote educational training programs to college students and graduates.
  • Call, message, and follow up with prospective leads from databases or campaigns.
  • Share course details clearly and persuasively through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Handle objections and queries from students or parents professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate online/offline orientation sessions.
  • Maintain lead tracking and reporting using Excel or CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and training team for campaigns and student drives.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (marketing or education background is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional language (Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi based on target market).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Email, etc.).
  • Freshers or experienced candidates welcome. Training provided.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, B2C sales, or student counseling is a bonus.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and positive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
