About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Consultant to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales and cold calling, and the ability to handle clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Present company products and services to clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and business growth strategies.

Follow up on leads, handle client inquiries, and provide professional consultation.

Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.


Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or telemarketing.

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Multilingual proficiency – fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi/Tamil preferred.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
