RNDSquare is a global product engineering services company specializing in hardware, IoT, Vision AI, and enterprise software. We partner with startups, SMEs, and enterprises across energy, automotive, industrial, and consumer tech sectors to design, develop, and scale connected products and solutions. With deep expertise in hardware design, embedded systems, cloud, and AI, we act as an extended R&D arm for our customers.
We're now looking for a Head of Growth to own and drive our marketing and lead-generation initiatives, ensuring RNDSquare becomes the go-to name for innovation-driven product engineering.
Role Overview
The Head of Growth will lead RNDSquare's growth engine end-to-end, responsible for:
- Defining growth strategy aligned with sales and business objectives.
- Running experiments (hacker mindset) to identify winning tactics.
- Building scalable systems (manager mindset) to repeat and scale successes.
- Owning metrics, channels, and outcomes for demand generation.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, where you'll set vision, design campaigns, and execute with support from our marketing team and interns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own RNDSquare's growth roadmap across regions (EU, NA, APAC).
- Align growth initiatives with business development and sales goals.
- Build and manage a small growth team (marketers, interns, agencies).
Demand Generation
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) targeting Innovation Managers, R&D Heads, and NPD teams.
- Own multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, Google Ads, content syndication).
- Optimize funnels: awareness → engagement → meeting booked → deal closed.
Experiments & Scale
- Design and run rapid experiments (viral content, event campaigns, landing page A/B tests).
- Systematize successful plays into repeatable processes.
- Develop playbooks for expos and webinars (e.g., Tech IoT Expo, EU trade shows).
Analytics & Insights
- Define KPIs (meetings booked, SQLs, CAC, ROI per channel).
- Use analytics tools to track, report, and optimize campaigns.
- Share growth insights with leadership to guide market expansion.
Content & Positioning
- Collaborate with technical teams to create case studies, thought leadership, and social content.
- Position RNDSquare as a premium engineering partner in IoT and Vision AI.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing (preferably in tech/engineering/IoT/AI).
- Proven track record of owning lead-gen and scaling B2B funnels in international markets.
- Comfort with experimentation (growth hacking) and structured execution (growth management).
- Understanding of B2B SaaS/engineering sales cycles (ABM, long sales processes, technical buyers).
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/others).
- Excellent storytelling skills to translate complex engineering solutions into customer value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
