We are now looking for an experienced Operations Head
to take charge of project delivery, client experience, and overall operational excellence as we scale across Kochi and beyond.

Role Overview

The Operations Head will be responsible for ensuring every project under DZYN Interio is delivered
on time, within budget, and beyond client expectations.

You will lead the site teams, and factory coordination — turning design intent into flawless execution while maintaining the company's high quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple interior projects.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the design, procurement, factory, and site teams.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all projects.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Identify process gaps and implement systems for efficiency and accountability.
  • Conduct weekly progress reviews and submit operational reports to the directors.
  • Mentor site supervisors, and vendors for performance excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience
    in interior fitout or turnkey contracting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of project management, quality control, and client handling.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
