Assistant Operations Manager

Job Title: Operation AssistantDepartment: Operations / Interior ProjectsReporting To: Operation HeadKey Duties and Responsibilities:
- Material Management
- Arrange and organize all materials properly in the storeroom.
- Keep records of material inwards and outwards.
- Check and verify materials during unloading from vehicles to ensure correct quantity and quality.
- Report any damaged or missing items immediately to the Operation Head.
- Labour Supervision
- Provide necessary guidance and instructions to labourers for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure labourers follow safety and site regulations.
- Maintain attendance and coordinate with HR or Admin for labour requirements.
- Facility Management
- Arrange and ensure proper facilities (drinking water, washrooms, rest areas, PPE kits, etc.) for labourers and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage and site areas.
- Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with suppliers, site supervisors, and project managers for timely delivery and storage of materials.
- Support the Operation Head in implementing daily work plans and operational rules.
- Follow and obey all instructions and policies given by the Operation Head and company management.
Skills Required:
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of material handling and site operations
- Ability to manage labour efficiently
- Communication and teamwork

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
