Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for the position of Center Head. The Center Head will oversee daily operations of the training center, manage staff and faculty, and ensure smooth delivery of educational and training programs. Responsibilities include setting operational goals, managing budgets, implementing effective administrative processes, and ensuring student satisfaction and program quality. The role also involves closely monitoring team performance and providing leadership to foster a productive and results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills to oversee center operations and manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and optimize processes.
  • Experience in education or training management with the ability to maintain program quality and uphold standards.
  • Knowledge or experience in one or more focus areas such as oil & gas, logistics, MEP, QA/QC, or NDT is an advantage.
  • Educational qualifications in management, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in an on-site setting and manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
