Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Manager at Tempel. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, creating and executing business plans, providing high-level customer service, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. The role involves regular communication with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring that our solutions meet their business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Business Planning and handling Key Accounts
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
