Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Growth, based in Pune. The Key Account Manager will oversee managing and nurturing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include creating business plans, delivering tailored solutions to customer needs, analyzing account performance, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Key Accounts expertise, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess account performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Business Planning skills to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for account expansion
- Customer Service capabilities to address client needs effectively and ensure satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork and client interaction
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in payment solutions, fintech, or SaaS industries is a plus
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
