Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Customer-Facing Account Manager / Team Lead who can own client relationships, ensure consistent delivery excellence, and lead a small cross-functional team to drive customer success and satisfaction. The role involves frequent communication with clients, understanding their business goals, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and aligning internal resources.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Research, Marketing, and Digital) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Track key account metrics such as campaign performance, lead quality, and customer feedback.
- Conduct review meetings with customers and prepare account reports.
- Lead and mentor a small team of 46 members to achieve performance and delivery goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell or cross-sell services when relevant.

Preferred Background:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field).
- 3–8 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Service Lead, or Sales Team Lead.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, B2B services, KPO, or BPO industries preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
