Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, executing marketing initiatives, and supporting patient engagement strategies. This role combines elements of sales, marketing, and client servicing within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, schools, housing societies, and other local institutions.
  • Coordinate and manage on-ground marketing activities like dental camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments and patient visits.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current patients, and assist in building loyalty programs.
  • Support the digital marketing team with local content, testimonials, and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sweet Smiles Dental, promoting a positive image of the clinic.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience through follow-ups and feedback collection.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service sectors).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Good understanding of the Pune market and local demographics.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
