Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role for a Business Development Associate located in Pune. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients. The role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies, as well as effective communication with clients and stakeholders to maintain and build relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and presentation preparation skills
  • Proficiency in lead generation through various channels and methods
  • Solid skills in conducting thorough and accurate market research
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional client relationships
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
