About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth across our Web Application, Mobile App, and eCommerce service verticals. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience, a strong network, and a proven track record in building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading end-to-end business development processes within the software and IT services domain.

This role requires a blend of technical understanding and business acumen, enabling effective collaboration with clients, technical teams, and leadership to deliver value-driven digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets in the software services domain.

· Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in web, mobile, and eCommerce application development.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, solution-oriented discussions, and consistent follow-ups.

· Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.

· Drive partnership opportunities, explore new markets, and identify trends in digital transformation and emerging technologies.

· Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

· Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing strategies, go-to-market approaches, and sales processes.

Required Skills & Expertise

· 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT or Software Services industry.

· Strong understanding of Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, and eCommerce platforms.

· Proven ability to lead the entire sales lifecycle — from prospecting to closing and account management.

· Excellent understanding of software project estimation, client requirements, and technical solution mapping.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technical, design, QA, DevOps).

· Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making and long-term relationship management focus.

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Management, or IT.

· Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, Middle East).

· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).

· Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, AI, cloud technologies, and modern development stacks.
