Job Description-
We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive having 3 to 4 Years of experience into e-learning to join our team and contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge e-learning platform. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales by effectively showcasing our platform's capabilities. This role is perfect for a candidate who is passionate about technology and education and has a strong background in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify and target potential clients including schools, universities, corporate training departments, and individuals looking for e-learning solutions.
· Presentations: Conduct detailed, engaging presentations and product demos, tailoring each presentation to the unique needs of prospective clients.
· Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use a variety of strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and attending industry events.
· Negotiation & Closing: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the e-learning industry to better position our platform.
· Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
· Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives.
Required Skills:
· Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in technology, software and mainly into e-learning solutions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand and meet client needs through tailored solutions.
· Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Strong self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
· Experience in E-Learning, SaaS sales, digital learning, or corporate training platforms.
· Understanding of the e-learning industry and its challenges.
· Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
· Previous experience working with educational institutions or corporations.
