Senior Business Development Executive

IN THIS ROLE, YOULL GET

  • Deep knowledge of ERP , sourcing and purchase enabling Software developed inhouse.
  • Develop understanding on how SaaS products creates value for customers.
  • Market research, Call & Email to discover contacts in the client organizations.
  • Manage pipeline of inbound and outbound leads that are self-sourced or generated.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities.
  • Consistently close new business at or above agreed goals.
  • Schedule appointments with decision makers for product demonstrations.
  • Document customer requirement and propose solution model.
  • Get Post sales feedback and become a partner in customer growth journey.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • •2+ years of prospecting & closing Sales experience, preferably B2B SaaS applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics, with a focus on partner onboarding and revenue generation.
  • Self-motivated problem solvers who can hold a conversation with strangers & ability to deal and address objections.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Any certification related to Sales & Marketing of SaaS solutions would be considered an asset.
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.

IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

  • MBA degree in Sales & Marketing.
  • If you are a multilingual speaker fluent in any of the following language - HINDI, MARATHI, TAMIL, MALAYALAM, TELUGU, PUNJABI, BENGALI
  • Hands-on experience on MS Excel Functions such as - VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, IF Conditions, Graphs & Charts.
