Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Intern located in Mumbai. The intern will support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance data, conducting performance testing, assisting in the management of campaign budgets, and generating actionable insights. The intern will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies.

Performance Marketing Specialist
 to drive ROI-focused campaigns across 
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
 and 
Google Ads
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and deliver performance reports.
  • Monitor pacing, bid adjustments, and spend efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
  • Build and refine targeting (remarketing, lookalike, custom audiences).
  • Keep track of new ad formats, algorithm changes, and platform updates on Meta & Google Ads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience at least 6 months to one year in performance marketing / paid media buying.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize in real time.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.
