Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and committed individual who can contribute to both performance marketing activities and creative design tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with ownership, professionalism, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
  • Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily and implement timely optimizations to enhance ROI.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Maintain accurate campaign data and prepare structured weekly performance reports.
  • Support ad copywriting, keyword research, and tracking setup with strong attention to detail.
  • Graphic Design
  • Create clean, professional, and brand-aligned creatives for ads, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver visually consistent designs that support campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop digital assets including static creatives, carousels, infographics, and basic motion graphics.
  • Ensure timely submission of all design deliverables with accuracy and high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for layout, typography, and design aesthetics.
  • Analytical ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights.
  • Freshers and final-year students may apply; portfolio submission is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.
  • Ability to create short-form videos, reels, or basic animations.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and ad performance indicators.
