Role Description

Role: Pre-Sales Intern

Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore

Shift Timing: US Shift (8 PM - 6 AM)

Working days: Weekly off on any 1-day

Responsibilities

  • Conducting customer Interaction activities and contributing to business development
  • Engaging with prospective clients through calls and online chat to understand their needs and scheduling their demo session
  • Executing diverse growth and lead-generation initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in working with US/UK customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Sales, Presales, BPO, or Voice Processing
  • Possession of a laptop for work purposes
  • Availability to work during the US shift (8 PM to 6 AM)
  • Immediate readiness to join our Bangalore office in HSR Layout
  • Passion for thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
