Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the Interior & Construction Design industry, you will play a crucial role in leading client acquisition and driving business growth for the company. With 4 to 8 years of experience in the architecture, interiors, or construction sector, you will utilize your strong network of developers, architects, corporates, and consultants to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, builders, real estate developers, and corporates. - Pitch company services to potential clients and prepare proposals and quotations. - Collaborate with design and execution teams to align client requirements. - Negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, conduct site visits and client meetings. - Stay updated on market trends and client preferences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to convert contacts into business opportunities. - Negotiation and closing skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented approach.
