Research & Development Manager (Non IT)

In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and gaps in the market. You will analyze competitor products, strategies, and industry developments to support R&D decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in ideation sessions and innovation workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with marketing, product, and design teams to align R&D goals with business objectives. You will also track ongoing R&D projects, maintaining timelines, documentation, and progress reports. Furthermore, you will prepare presentations and reports on research findings, market analysis, and product performance. Your role will involve supporting concept testing, user feedback sessions, and post-launch reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Manage databases, tools, or software related to research documentation and idea management. - Maintain awareness of regulatory, cultural, and sustainability considerations in product development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field years of experience in a research, strategy, or innovation role (preferred). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
