Role Overview: As a Recruiter (NON-IT) at the company, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment team by contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process. Your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and engage with top-tier candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with the organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events. - Utilizing recruiting software tools to manage candidate data efficiently and streamline the recruitment process. - Proactively engaging in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and present them with exciting job opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates by providing timely updates, feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Communicating effectively with the hiring team to maintain transparency and alignment. - Collaborating with colleagues to refine recruiting strategies and share best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Engineering/Utility recruitment or a related field. - Strong research and sourcing skills. - Proficiency in recruitment software. - Excellent negotiation skills. - Strong communication abilities.
