Role Overview: As a Business Account Manager at our client partner specializing in AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity solutions, your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding existing client accounts within the BFSI sector. Reporting directly to the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving renewals, and maximizing revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling of our flagship products: DigiVision, DigiDrive, and SecureNexus. Key Responsibilities: - Own relationships with current BFSI clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Manage renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling of our tech solutions - Conduct client meetings, reviews, and product demos independently - Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts - Collaborate with sales and tech teams for successful delivery and customer success - Lead proof-of-concepts and pitch tailored solutions to clients - Track account performance and provide regular updates to leadership - Represent the brand at industry events and conferences Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field - At least 4 years of proven experience in Account Management within the BFSI domain - Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity will be advantageous - Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho - Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills - Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset Additional Details (if present): In return, we offer a competitive salary with attractive incentives, health benefits, and perks, along with learning and career advancement opportunities in an innovative and collaborative work culture.
