Role Overview: As a Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring aging reports and ensuring the timely closure of open items. Handling vendor escalations effectively to maintain strong vendor relationships will be a key aspect of your role. Coordinating with procurement, operations, and treasury teams will be crucial to ensure smooth processing. Your responsibility will also include ensuring compliance with internal controls, tax laws (TDS, GST), and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the month-end and year-end financial closing process - Prepare and review financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements - Submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal and external auditors for financial audits - Implement accounting systems and controls in accordance with IND-AS/IFRS - Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Drive automation and enhance efficiency and accuracy in AP and reporting processes - Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial best practices - Adhere to SOX/Internal controls framework (if applicable) - Provide support to internal stakeholders with relevant MIS and financial analysis Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance qualification - Experience working with SAP/Oracle - Demonstrated ability in team supervision, high attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently,
