Sales Account Manager, EdTech

As a sales professional at JoVE, you will drive the adoption of our product at Higher Ed institutions, universities, and colleges in North America. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement in sales within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close - Present the product to researchers, teaching faculty, and academic librarians online and in person - Build and nurture relationships with clients and users through various channels - Analyze trends to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets - Participate in trade shows and marketing activities Qualifications Required: - Willingness to work in the 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone) shift - College degree - At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in business development or account management roles - Drive to succeed and build a career in sales - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms - Confidence in interacting with clients and product users - Self-motivation, initiative, results-oriented mindset - Willingness to learn new skills Joining JoVE offers a competitive compensation package with unlimited commissions on your sales, the opportunity to contribute directly to accelerating science research and education, exposure to global teams and a culture that fosters innovation and collaboration, and a clear path for career advancement through our strong promotion from within culture.,
