Role Overview: As a Financial Management Specialist in the E-commerce sector, your primary responsibilities will include reconciliation and financial management tasks. You will be responsible for tracking product-wise sales, expenses, and profitability across various portals. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of inventory, returns, and chargebacks will be crucial to ensure financial integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Play a vital role in ensuring accurate GST/TDS calculations and filings for E-commerce transactions. - Manage GST reconciliation with portal reports and prepare and submit tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. - Analyze product-wise profitability by considering platform commissions, logistics costs, and other overheads. - Recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability and track and minimize unnecessary expenses. - Provide support in general accounting tasks, budgeting, and financial planning.
