The E-commerce Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of WinMagic Toys’ online business across all marketplace and quick commerce platforms. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and finance teams to drive sales and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Ownership

  • Develop and execute the annual e-commerce business plan to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Manage P&L for e-commerce channels.
  • Forecast and monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and pricing competitiveness.


2. Marketplace Management

  • Oversee operations and performance on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and other marketplaces.
  • Manage listings, content, pricing, promotions, and campaigns in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for visibility campaigns and event participation.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory sync, and returns management.


3. Quick Commerce (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.)

  • Build and manage relationships with quick commerce partners.
  • Drive onboarding, cataloging, and product availability across pin codes.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Work closely with supply and logistics teams for inventory planning and replenishment.


4. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize ad spends (AMS, sponsored ads, influencer tie-ups, etc.).
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to inform future strategy.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.


5. Brand & Content Management

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all online platforms.
  • Work with the design team to create engaging product pages, banners, and A+ content.
  • Manage reviews, ratings, and consumer engagement.


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product development, finance, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with demand planning and warehouse teams for timely stock availability.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaign activations.



Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing e-commerce or digital sales (FMCG, toys, lifestyle, or consumer products preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
