Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the real estate development sector at Manglam & Karnani Ventures LLP, your primary responsibility will be to prepare feasibility reports, ensure compliance with MCGM regulations, and manage tender submissions for redevelopment projects. Your role will also involve conducting market research, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and collaborating with project management teams to achieve business development objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and prepare detailed reports to evaluate project viability. - Stay updated on MCGM regulations, policies, and procedures related to property development. - Oversee the tender preparation process for redevelopment projects. - Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
