Job Title: Lead Generation Executive
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
Salary Range:
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry directories.
- Generate quality leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, or meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate lead information and daily activity reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market behavior.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build rapport with prospects.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, etc.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
