About the Role

Symind is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Junior Lead Generation Executives to support our global SaaS product sales and partner outreach.

The role is ideal for MBA graduates with a technology background who want to start their careers in international B2B lead generation, channel sales, and SaaS marketing.

You will research, identify, and engage potential channel partners and customer prospects across South America and Africa, supporting our senior sales team in expanding Syminds international presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify channel partners and resellers in South America and Africa.
  • Identify direct customer prospects in target industries.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a high-quality lead database (companies, contacts, decision-makers).
  • Use , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools for lead generation and qualification.
  • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the senior business development team.
  • Track outreach progress, analyze results, and share actionable insights.
  • Support refinement of lead generation and outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Tech / B.E. / BCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales from a reputed institute.
  • Knowledge of and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, communication, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in international time zones.
