We are seeking dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executives who can contribute to our business growth through proactive outreach and international client engagement.
Position Overview:
We are looking for talented professionals with prior experience in Lead Generation, BPO, KPO, or International Sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business leads, conducting cold calls, and cold emailing to potential clients in the US market to support our sales and recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and emails to generate qualified leads from international markets (mainly US).
Research potential clients and identify business opportunities in the US Staffing domain.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Collaborate with the business development and recruitment teams to align client needs.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months – 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / International Calling / BPO / KPO / Inside Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written – English proficiency required)
Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or LinkedIn lead generation
Strong understanding of client communication and business acquisition
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Experience in US Staffing preferred but not mandatory
