Job Overview

This is a Junior-level position for a Lead Generation Executive at Acme Infolabs. The role is full-time and is based in multiple locations including Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, and Ghaziabad. The primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential clients using strategic marketing methods, supporting the company's goal of delivering satisfaction and achieving business growth through effective lead management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential for identifying and connecting with potential leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong command over email marketing platforms to design and execute targeted campaigns for lead nurturing (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in market research tools to gather and analyze data for lead qualification and strategy development (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced with CRM software to track client interactions and enhance relationship management strategies.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to derive actionable insights that inform lead generation tactics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics to monitor and improve campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
  • Proficient in cold outreach techniques to effectively engage and convert prospective clients.
  • Creative with content creation to drive engaging and compelling messaging for various marketing channels.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development of creative content for online and offline lead generation activities.
  • Monitor and report on the efficiency of lead generation campaigns, suggesting data-driven improvements.
  • Engage in regular cold outreach efforts, ensuring potential clients are followed up with promptly and professionally.
