Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop potential business opportunities. The role involves researching target prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by building a strong sales pipeline through outbound activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
  • Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business requirements
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and convert them into opportunities
  • Prepare basic reports on lead status and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email platforms (preferred)
  • Goal-oriented with a positive learning attitude
