Role Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (LinkedIn Specialist) with proven expertise in generating B2B leads via LinkedIn. The candidate must already own and manage more than 50 LinkedIn accounts and have hands-on experience driving leads for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for Website Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, CRM, ERP, and AI-based solutions.
  • Utilize and manage your own 50+ LinkedIn accounts effectively to maximize outreach.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.
  • Track, report, and optimize lead generation performance.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in LinkedIn-based B2B lead generation.
  • Must own and operate 50+ active LinkedIn accounts.
  • Proven track record of generating leads in IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, CRM, ERP, AI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn automation and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,637.21 per month
