Location: Noida (Office-based, 5 days/week)

Salary: ₹29,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **LinkedIn Marketing Executive** to manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of our company and founder. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, brand building, and driving business growth through strategic networking and outreach on LinkedIn.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building meaningful connections, and generating a steady pipeline of potential clients. The role includes tracking KPIs to measure success and continuously optimizing strategies for maximum impact.


**Key Responsibilities**

* **LinkedIn Account Management:**

* Manage and optimize the LinkedIn profiles for the company and founder.

* Create and post high-quality, engaging, and relevant content to build brand awareness.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image across all interactions.

* **Marketing & Outreach:**

* Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients and business partners.

* Execute outreach campaigns to expand the company's network and generate qualified leads.

* Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and visibility.

* **Pipeline Generation:**

* Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients aligned with company goals.

* Track outreach and lead generation efforts using measurable KPIs.

* Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

* **Performance Tracking:**

* Monitor analytics and performance metrics.

* Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and lead generation outcomes.

* Recommend improvements to optimize LinkedIn marketing efforts.


**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

* 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or LinkedIn marketing.

* Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and networking best practices.

* Excellent communication and content writing skills in English.

* Ability to track metrics and analyze performance data.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
